FOXBOX呼吸代谢技术助力右美托咪定治疗COVID19重症患者研究

右美托咪定可维持一定程度的镇静状态,有利于降低机体的氧耗率,改善氧合。来自日本牙科大学的科学家采用Foxbox呼吸代谢技术构建了如下图所示的镇静大鼠呼吸与血压测定装置,进行右美托咪定对自主呼吸成年大鼠心肺调节影响研究。
